Jeff co-founded Seedrs with Carlos in 2009. He began his career as a corporate lawyer with Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York and London, and he serves as a Non-Executive Director of Companies House. He has been named one of the top 10 coolest people in UK tech by Business Insider and one of the most influential men in Britain by GQ.

Jeff is an experienced executive with a track record in building, leading and scaling successful technology businesses. Before joining Seedrs, Jeff was CEO for Picsolve, a Fidelity-backed $75 million image capture business in the entertainment space where he delivered the company’s transformation from analogue to digital. Previously, he was CEO of Multimap, Europe’s first and ultimate leader in online mapping service which he led for five years through the first dotcom crash to a successful sale to Microsoft. In his free time, he enjoys tennis, skiing, cinema, and trying to play COD with his kids.

Thomas is a qualified lawyer in England and New York and began his career with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP in London, Hong Kong and New York. As CIO, Thomas works closely with the Executive Chairman to identify strategic initiatives that the company should be pursuing and leads the teams which are responsible for bringing them to market.

With 14 years experience in digital strategy Ben is an accomplished marketer and entrepreneur, bringing a broad skill set to the team driving overall marketing strategy. He has worked in Europe, America and Australia with both startups and global brands such as MTV and Canon.

Karen is a qualified lawyer who began her career in Simmons & Simmons LLP’s financial litigation group. She heads our legal, compliance and financial teams, is a Director of the UK Crowdfunding Association, and was named one of the top women in fintech by Innovate Finance.
Chief Product Officer
Joel helps companies achieve new growth by focusing their products on opportunities in the market and better addressing the needs of its users. He has experience bringing products to market from concept to launch – end to end – including gathering the evidence to provide the initial direction through to running multidisciplinary teams to deliver.
Chief Technology Officer
Ricardo is an experienced and pragmatic technology leader with a vast experience in the tech startup space. Before joining Seedrs, he spent the last few years building one of the biggest book discovery platforms, Bookstr, and also helped to launch the largest hotel online booking platform in Africa, Jumia Travel (formely Jovago, a Rocket Internet company). Ricardo worked in markets spanning the 5 continents and over 40 countries. In his free time, he loves to travel and play tennis.
Kirsty is a qualified lawyer who joined Seedrs from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP. As a corporate lawyer Kirsty focused on mergers and acquisitions, with experience in London, Singapore and Australia. As Investment Director, Kirsty now manages the investment process from campaign review, through to deal execution and post-investment management.

James transformed the notion of financial intermediation as Co-founder and CEO of Zopa, the world’s first peer-to-peer lending platform. He is currently a Partner of The Foundation, a leading growth and innovation consultancy, and he currently serves as Trustee for the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB).
Steve is responsible for writing for our online and offline communications. He has a background in above, below and through-the-line agencies, but also has plenty of client-side fintech experience. He also has a pet lobster called Zoidberg.
Mike is the editor-at-large for TechCrunch Europe and has been the strongest and most effective advocate for tech entrepreneurship in Britain and Europe in recent years. He is the organiser and host of London Web Summit and The Europas. He is also the co-founder of TechHub and The Coalition for a Digital Economy (Coadec).
CEO and Co-Founder, Lyft
Logan is co-founder and CEO the on-demand ride-sharing platform Lyft. In 2009, Logan was recognised as one of Businessweek’s Top 25 Entrepreneurs Under 25 and in 2014 he was named in Inc. Magazine’s “35 Under 35 list.
Tim went to the University of Manchester to study Russian and joined Bain & Company in Moscow, Boston, Sydney and London. Tim left Bain in early 1998 and created a new retail concept when he opened his first Juice bar (Fresh n Smooth) in 1999 in Canary Wharf. The business has since evolved into a 31 store business across London called Crussh. In 1999, Tim joined 3 former colleagues from Bain & Company and launched Flutter.com. Flutter merged with Betfair.com in 2001. In 2009 Tim founded Augmentum Capital with the backing of RIT Capital and Lord Rothschild, and focuses on early stage Fintech businesses in Europe. Tim was made a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2012.

Dave is the co-founder and CEO of social network Path. He’s worked previously at both Apple and Facebook, and he currently serves on the board of directors of Eventbrite, the United States Ski and Snowboard Association, and the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art.
Tennis Champion and Investor
Andy is a champion tennis player who is consistently ranked among the best men’s singles players in the world. His 2012 US Open win made him the first British man to win a Grand Slam tournament since 1936; he won the Olympic gold medal in men’s singles the same year and won Wimbledon in 2013. Andy has a keen interest in British tech businesses and advises Seedrs on the health, sport and wearables sectors. Like all Advisory Board members, Andy’s role does not include providing investment advice to Seedrs users.
Former Angel Investor of the Year
Dale is an angel investor and successfully exited co-founder of Omega Logic. In 2011, she was named British Angel Investor of the Year by the UK Business Angels Association). She currently serves as Non-Executive Director of the UK Government’s Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) and of UK Trade and Investment (UKTI).
Steven is an experienced insurance and financial services entrepreneur. He has been involved in founding a number of businesses both in London and South Africa. He is currently the COO of Lanner Capital and Chairman of Magian Mutual Insurance Company.
Andre is a Software Engineer at Seedrs, joining after graduating from Instituto Superior Técnico with an MSc in Computer Engineering and Information Systems. In his spare time he works on a side project with friends creating a social network to share experiences.
Former CEO, T. Rowe Price Int'l
During his 27-year career at T. Rowe Price, Todd established and led the firm’s transformation from a U.S. centric firm to global. Since retiring in 2012, he now serves as Trustee for INSEAD business school; venture partner for Greenspring Associates; senior advisor for Nutmeg, and global ambassador and founding board member of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award.
Co-Founder, Non-Executive Director
Carlos is an IT development and security expert. He is also an active mentor in the thriving Lisbon startup scene, co-founder of Beta-I and was named by Exame as one of the top 40 entrepreneurs under 40 in Portugal.
