BYP Network was created to change the black narrative, bringing black professionals together across the world in order to solve problems through economic empowerment and connectivity. BYP Network came to Seedrs in the summer of 2020, raising £896,947 from 1,204 investors in its public campaign.
We caught up with the Founder of BYP Network, Kike Oniwinde Agoro, to find out more about why she chose to carry out a community fundraise with Seedrs and the company’s progress post the 2020 raise. Kike Oniwinde Agoro chose to raise with Seedrs due to the empathy and understanding of the Seedrs team and the ability to make things work to a tight deadline. Since the raise, BYP Network has over 1,200 brand ambassadors and has increased revenue by 10x.
