Introduction
Ace+Freak is a canned cocktail positioned as a craft ready to drink (RTD) for the Millennial and future Gen Z market. Our mission is to disrupt the £630m UK RTD market, offering an impeccable tasting & totally natural product, specifically designed for the millennial generation; that already makes up 60% of current market. With 36% of adult consumers already drinking RTD's, it's no surprise the market is growing 3X faster than the total alcohol market and is forecast to be the fastest growing sector for the next 5 years.
In the first 2 quarters of 2020 the UK RTD market grew 86% alone. The global potential is even larger with the European and US RTD markets expected to be worth £7.1bn and £6bn respectively, by 2026. We’re prepped to ride this wave. Come join us.
We use only natural ingredients, taste amazing and are vegan friendly - all you need for bar quality cocktails is a bucket with ice! We also give AF. Sustainability is at our core, as we continue to reduce carbon footprint across our supply chain and 5p of every can goes to the Great Oven, providing meals in conflict zones, through music and arts partnerships in the Middle East.
We have received rave reviews from customers and press alike with features in, The Sunday Times, DAZED and Time Out and over 6m Social media impressions.

Monetisation strategy
Ace+Freak is on a mission to bring unrivalled and quality taste to the moments that matter. We want to be there in all parts of the globe. Currently we are selling in the UK through our own website and B2B.
• D2C - We launched our D2C platform this summer and have received great traction. Our current D2C operation is able to facilitate sales across the EU.
• B2B - Our product is currently sold through 5 primary channels. We have provisionally secured national UK distribution for 2021 and in negotiation for 4 international distributors.

Key milestones year 1 – present:
• Ace+Freak seeded into relevant cultural events – fashion, art and music.
• Geographically targeted sales expansion lead by customer locations from event data.
• Market tested across 9 sales channels to identify best performing channels.
• Owned RTM created within convenience channel, the strongest growth channel (84% above forecast ROS in unaudited management accounts) and see this as a largely untapped channel for growth.
• Internationally we are in discussion with distributors in the USA, Australia, Japan and Singapore.
Post funding are plans are to:
• Ramp up D2C offering (product selection, brand value, subscription options) and to improve consumer experience across touch points.
• Ramp up sales teams to win local icon stores across UK (regionalised strategy and reps).
• Capitalise on new event opportunities with existing and new partners to grow brand awareness in the moments that matter.
• Continue to establish ourselves in influential on-trade accounts and launch collaborative partnerships with key accounts and individuals.
• Secure international and EU distribution to test market appetite.
