Our AltoReps support our guests through their entire journey from booking selection all the way through their stay. We make sure our guests' stay meets their unique travel needs and will arrange any and all services, so they can focus on enjoying their stay.
We felt there was a gap in the market for travellers looking to maintain their lifestyle while travelling. It took numerous interviews & focus group sessions to refine our target market down to the middle-class millionaires (defined as combined household income above $100k & assets below $20m), discerning affluent frequent travellers that appreciate meaningful travel in line with their lifestyle. They seek seamless travel solutions that allow them to enjoy time off with family & friends without resorting to luxurious hotels & bespoke travel packages.
Our travel & lifestyle solution allows our users to continue their healthy lifestyle. They could speak to a qualified doctor within the day for a preliminary consultation (if they need a prescription, it will be sent to their nearest pharmacy), book fitness class or pre-order groceries to suit their dietary requirements. When traveling with children, they'd have access to trusted child care & family members club.
Substantial accomplishments to date
Our recent API integration with Rentals United allows AltoVita to exponentially increase our no. of online listings. We have had a strong penetration within B2B segments which brought us the opportunity to serve guests coming from multinational companies such as Microsoft, Deutsche Bank, etc
With 25 corporate partners, including global relocation (Oakwood, Bridgestreet) and concierge services (Quintessentially India), we have booked in over 5000 nights since our launch.

AltoVita has partnered with over 115 property management suppliers with a portfolio of high-quality homes and villas in premium locations. Professional property managers work closely with the AltoVita team to guarantee quality standards and ensure a hassle-free guest experience.

Our main revenue comes from booking commissions of accommodation & services. In 2020, we will be rolling out our membership fee and property supply subscription fee.
We believe that there is a gap in the market for curated services. The vacation rental industry is constantly evolving and consolidating as evidenced by Airbnb acquiring Luxury Retreats for $300m (valued at £66k per listing) and launching its Airbnb Plus product last year. A trade exit to (a) similar players such as HomeAway or Booking.com who currently do not carry a similar product; (b) Relocation player looking to add a quality portfolio of individual apartments to their serviced aparthotels; (c) Hotel Chain looking at venturing into the short-term rental stays (ex. AccorHotels recently acquired a 30% stake in Oasis Collections with 1,500 properties across Latin America) is a possibility

We aim to continue to expand our footprint in the rest of Europe and rollout our AltoRep in key strategic cities.
We have launched our new website with a modern & fresh look suitable for our target market in September. Our childcare booking journey has been recently launched. We aim to strengthen our in-house tech development team to support the growth of our business. In addition, we will be hiring key roles across Marketing, Technology and Customer Service.
With a very limited marketing budget, we have demonstrated impressive online traction with SEO and Google Adwords. Going forward, we intend to refine our social media strategy and activate other marketing channels (email, traditional marketing, PR).
In addition to the opportunity to invest in our Company and share in our potential success, we would like to offer our investors free memberships for one year and free airport transfers when they travel with AltoVita with a minimum of one week accommodation booking in our 20 cities in Europe. This includes a meet and greet at the Airport from an English speaking private driver who knows the local city well. We will also offer free luggage storage for the day or arrival or departure in a location of your choice around the city.
