Idea
Introduction
We created Findr to solve the age-old Partnership Problem: that it can take months, if not years – plus significant resources – to create business partnerships.
Amidst a global pandemic that limits travel and physical contact, our vision is to automate the creation of business partnerships by providing easy access to hyper-targeted, warm opportunities in minutes.
Some journalists have described us as a dating platform for businesses.
Our platform allows any business – regardless of its size – to sign up, post its partnership requirements and explore opportunities for free.
When a user spots a relevant opportunity, they request a one-hour Discovery call with the potential partner.
When a user signs up to Findr for free, we send them a code which they can redeem for the first Discovery call on us.
We have made the strategic decision to offer the Discovery for free for the first few months in order to build our user base.
Both parties are sent a one-hour calendar invite to discuss the opportunity within the platform.
Using Findr, businesses can radically cut down the time and effort it takes to create partnerships from months or years to hours or minutes.
Monetisation strategy
Findr users sign-up, create a profile and explore partnership opportunities for free. Users only pay if they request and hold a one-hour Discovery within the platform.
For the MVP, we charge £99 which the requesting users pays when their request is accepted by the other user.
We refer to this as our ‘pay-as-you-go’ plan which is perfect for start-ups with limited budgets.
Going forward, we will launch two additional plans:
1. Unlimited – Enables unlimited Discovery calls for £499 per user per month. Targeted at businesses with up to 100 employees, ideal for scale-ups.
2. Enterprise – Accommodates up to five users plus an admin/owner and dashboard analytics for £1,999 per month. Additional users can be added for £350 per user per month. Targeted at larger corporates.
In addition to our price plans, we will offer sponsorship opportunities and paid placements within the platform such as ‘featured partnership requirements’ and emails showcasing particular users.
