Idea
Introduction
FYC is a small business with a vision for a greener UK.We have proven our impact in micromobility by operating bike and cargo repairing workshops London wide. A future with more owned and used bikes on the road than cars, is a huge contributing factor towards cleaner air and a smaller carbon footprint for the UK, as not all bikeshare options are sustainable and also as testifed by our 7,000 frequent customers for the increasing demand and awareness for up keep and servicing of existing bicycles.
We're dedicated to supporting the UK's 2030 decarbonisation goals and have demonstrated our ability to serve the London market through four workshop branches over the past 2.5 years. Our goal is to keep on track with our expansion momentum and launch 4 new branches across the UK, starting off with Manchester, Bristol, Birmingham, along with improving efficiencies to enable our team for this exciting period on our growth.
Monetisation strategy
1. Planned New Workshop Roll-outs Across UK
Manchester, Bristol and Birmingham, plus multiple mobile mechanics around the UK.
2. Marketing & Brand Expansion
Invest extensively in areas such as designing and launching targeted campaigns to highlight FYC’s workshop launches in three new regions.
3. New Staff Recruitment & Training
With our current plan to roll-out three new workshops, we plan to recruit about 15 new staff members in operations.
4. Enter Sale Market of Verified Pre-used Ebikes
Our current relationships with verified vendors with warranties, puts us in a unique position to enter the market of sale of pre-used ebikes.
5. Cargo Bikes and Corporate Workshops
Running corporate workshops, we anticipate to be working with 60 pop-up corporate workshops servicing employees and fleet bikes. In addition, 200 B2B cargo bike users committed to annual service contracts, in 2024 / 2025.
6. Franchise Model
Provide accreditations with key ebike and cargo bike vendors to operators that are interested to join our franchise model.
