The average person's car is only used 4% of the time; meaning they sit idle for the remaining 96%.
We believe FleetApp's licensed application is a major step towards fundamental industry change - by repurposing idle vehicles on motor forecourts and adding new revenues to traditional sales.
FleetApp allows dealers to offer short-term (daily) car hire and long-term (monthly) car subscriptions - without the headache of making major changes to their business model.
This is music to the ears of our clients, as senior motor execs expect subscription to form 20% of all retail revenue by 2025, with the total vehicle subscription market expected to grow by 400% by the end of the decade reaching a total market size of $40.1 billion.
We've joined forces with some of the biggest names in motoring and launched Toyota Dealer Rental in 2019. In 2022 we launched BMW Rent UK who have 280 locations.
2023 is set to be another big year, with a further two OEM applications and multiple large motor groups in our sales pipeline.
Monetisation strategy
FleetApp licensed applications are provided to our clients at the following rates. All IP is retained by FleetApp.
Implementation fee:
€10,000 inclusive per 10 first dealerships of a new client.
€595 per additional dealership added to platform.
Commission fee:
10% commission on all transactions passing through the software.
