Introduction
Welcome to a new way of shopping!
We are one of the UK's first online surplus food retailers, and have experienced huge growth since our launch in January 2018.

Founded by Paul & James, from South Yorkshire, after working in the food industry and seeing the enormous and shocking amount of perfectly fine food and drink that goes to waste every day in the industry, they decided they needed to do something about it.
Specialising in the healthy snacking and sports & nutrition sector, we decided to create a market for the surplus food that gets wasted, and make it available to people at incredible prices, so the every day person can live healthy for less, and save food from going to waste at the same time.

Some of the biggest brands in the World now supply Food Circle with their surplus products, such as Clif Bar, KIND, Grenade and Fulfil.
100% online and Direct to Consumer, we now have a strong, loyal, and growing community of almost 60,000 food waste fighting customers!
Monetisation strategy
We are a 100% online and Direct to Consumer (D2C) business, with every penny of our revenues generated via our simplistic, easy to navigate Shopify store.
We sell directly to all of our consumers, who can browse our website, select their products at some of the best prices around, and have their surplus stash delivered to their door the next day.

Our repeat customer rate of 60% (in 2022) is testiment to our world class service, and the strength of our loyal community.

We want to make our community even bigger, and save even more food from going to waste, by expanding into new categories such as cereals and confectionary.
