Introduction
Govox is a proactive Wellbeing Platform, already helping over 200 organisations and 67,000 users. By using data driven decisions, Govox signposts people to the right support for them, whilst instantly ensuring that organisations have visibility of who needs their help.
Govox was founded after we were impacted by the suicide, and attempted suicide, of friends & colleagues both in our local rugby community and in the wider workplace.
Govox has seen steady growth since 2021. Our user base consists of over 200 organisations, with a strong 92% renewal rate and 43% of new enquiries converting to sales.
Today we are supporting users in 10 countries and in multiple languages & we are already exploring global expansion opportunities, via well placed conversations with identified partners, in a number of overseas markets, including New Zealand, Australia, the GCC, Spain & South Africa, via what we believe is a low risk reseller model that will be repeatable in all future territories.

Monetisation strategy
With over 200 organisations already signed up, we are confident in our pricing strategy across our 3 core markets.
Access to Govox is simplified for organisations by a simple pricing model, in essence Govox costs “the price of a cup of coffee” per user per month, no fancy ones thou!
So for as little as £2 per month, anyone can access the benefits of the Govox Wellbeing platform. We believe this isn’t a difficult decision when most of us would buy someone a cup of coffee to help them feel better !
This is evidenced by a strong 92% client renewal rate and 43% of new enquiries converting to sales.
Later in 2023 we plan to launch a brand new B2C proposition that will enable anyone to access the Govox support.
With well placed conversations with identified international commercial partners, via what we believe is a low risk reseller model that will be repeatable in all future territories, expanding into new global markets remains a key strategic focus.
