Following in the footsteps of Passion Capital, JamJar Investments and SuperSeed, Hambro Perks is partnering with Seedrs to allow its community, portfolio founders, and eligible Seedrs investors to co-invest in its flagship venture capital fund alongside top institutional investors and industry leaders.
The £100M Hambro Perks Leaders Fund is the firm’s flagship venture capital fund, targeting future technology leaders in the UK and Europe, investing primarily at Seed and Series A stages. £60m is already committed from notable FTSE institutions and corporates, key industry leaders, and top entrepreneurs and executives.
In addition to the Leaders Fund, Hambro Perks also manages an impressive range of other funds and investment strategies ranging from equity to debt; primary and secondary. As a result, the team has now invested in over 140 companies and has a team track record of delivering an IRR in excess of 30%.
Hambro Perks’ team has wide ranging expertise, and invests across a broad range of sectors and strategies. From technology and fintech, to healthcare, environmental technology, and life sciences, notable investments made by the team include Moneybox, By Miles, Curve, Primary Bid, Tide and Peppy, to name a few.

Dominic Perks
Co-founder and CEO, Dominic Perks, has an extensive background in banking, consulting and investments, but is known for being a serial entrepreneur having founded, scaled, and invested in multiple technology-enabled businesses. Dominic is the co-founder of Insurtech Gateway, Laundrapp, Tootle, and Takumi, and has led investments in By Miles, Quorso and What 3 Words.
Tom Bradley
The firm’s most recent key hire, Tom Bradley, is the former CEO of venture capital firm Oxford Capital, held a leadership role at DN Capital, and was part of the founding team of Draper Esprit (now Molten Ventures). With over 20 years experience in Venture Capital, Tom has led investments in over 40 companies across Europe and the US including Moneybox, Curve, HometoGo, Partnerize, Mister Spex, Displaylink and LoveFilm, generating an IRR of over 30%.
George Davies
Prior to joining Hambro Perks, George was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Co., where he advised financial institutions and investors on transactions and strategy. Before McKinsey, George worked as an adviser to the President of Liberia Ellen Johnson Sirleaf and Tony Blair on the Africa Governance Initiative. George has invested in a range of technology companies including GetGround, PrimaryBid, Quorso, Previse, Muzmatch and Fintern. George is a member of the VC Committee of the British Venture Capital Association, and is a guest lecturer at London Business School.
