The Roundtable sessions are designed as a completely open discussion with plenty of opportunity to talk to like minded peers about important issues.
The subject of this evening is US Expansion, going through the key issues to have in mind when expansing overseas, such as: visas, taxes, funding, legal, banking and government support.
The Roundtable will be led by Daniel Glazer and Pratik Sampat. Daniel leads the US expansion practice at the Silicon Valley-headquartered law firm Wilson Sonsini and splits his time between London and NYC. Dan previously founded and led the Tech practice at the NYC/London law firm Fried Frank.
Wilson Sonsini advises more tech companies on venture transactions, M&A and IPOs than any other US law firm.
