Introduction
The average person spends 3 hours a week just thinking about life admin, and 8 hours a week doing it.
We've built LifeTidy to be one of the first platforms of its kind providing a simple, intuitive and totally secure way of storing all of life’s key documents, contracts, and policies reminding users when important renewals, payments and decisions need to be made. The platform incorporates Open Banking to allow users to connect their bank accounts, credit cards, mortgages, loans, pensions and investments for full oversight of their finances.
From managing subscriptions and utility bills to medical records, ID documents and much more, LifeTidy gives users the ability to store, monitor, access, and share all of life's important documents from the palm of their hand, giving them more time and mental energy to do the things they love.
Monetisation strategy
LifeTidy has multiple potential revenue sources, split across B2B and B2C
We've designed LifeTidy to be a very sticky product, with long LTV (lifetime value) of the customer.
B2C: A simple monthly subscription of £5.99 or yearly subscription of £50.32
B2B: Licensing - whereby the company pays LifeTidy a annual fee to either offer it to their clients (white labelled) as an added benefit or as a chargable product. Example: an insurance company with 1m customers pays LifeTidy £200,000 / year licence fee for 5 years, and then resells LIfeTidy to their clients with a 3% take up at a discounted rate of £2.99, generating net income to them of £1.6m / year
B2B: Revenue Share, same as above but splitting the income
Cross Selling products: In our product roadmap we plan to be able to offer users products and services.
The Exit: With excellent ABC client demographic, valuable data and a recurring income model, we would ultimately look to sell LifeTidy to VC's and to large financial institutions.
