Investors will be investing in Wavey Ice Ltd, which is majority owned by Gibson Family Holdings Ltd. Gibson Family Holdings Ltd acquired the assets (including the IP) by way of an asset sale from another company in May 2022. Wavey Ice Ltd now owns the full IP rights.
Aaron Gibson, is a director of Wavey Ice Ltd and Gibson Family Holdings Ltd [ultimate owner of Gibson Family Holdings Ltd]; however, he is not fully involved in the day to day operations of Wavey Ice Ltd. Aaron has separately invested in this round.
Wavey Ice Ltd is managed day to day by the Managing Director, Laura Davis, who is a director of the Company and is incentivised by the Company’s option scheme.
