YEO guarantees delivery to the person rather than just the device.

Substantial accomplishments to date
YEO was selected as one of just eight companies worldwide for the highly competitive and revered CyLon London’s Cohort 10 accelerator in the autumn of 2019, and have since been recognised as the provider of a business alternative to platforms like WhatsApp.
We are developing YEO to allow businesses to meet todays complex regulatory and data privacy environment. With a clear emphasis on API design and open frameworks YEO will be able to easily integrate into new and legacy architectures allowing businesses of all sizes to meet their GDPR, CCPA, MiFID II and industry specific regulations. The Company has filed patents in the US (Granted & Issued March 2020), UK, Europe and China. And are currently focussing our product launch on secure communication solutions with existing and potential partners, including; a worldwide insurance company, a European medical society, a border control & customs solution, and UK government security. Each have a clear demand for our game changing platform, which will lead to revenue through engineering and future license fees.
Our highly skilled, multi-disciplined team is headed by our founder Alan Jones, who has three previous exits including sales to NASDAQ and JSE companies and has taken ideas from conception to World market leaders. The team have multi faceted experience including enterprise and National Security level integration through COO Alan Wilson's work in Defence, JP Morgan and Barclays Capital and extensive brand and product marketing experience with co-founder Sarah Norford-Jones.
Our Software as a Service revenue model will offer four levels of options, from Freemium through to Enterprise level. The Company are committed to releasing a free to consumer product then an Administration tool for SME users to purchase licenses and manage compliant messaging within their teams, while developing the enterprise solutions with established business partners.
YEO Messaging - For anyone to download and private message. Offers access to all our new features. Future paid upgrade path to new features.
YEO Pro - For professionals or power consumer users communicating with peers, clients or patients. With additional storage, the YEO Library feature and desktop application.
YEO Business - For businesses of up to 1000 users seeking additional administration tools. Which will have customised administration features, authenticated business channel and backup.
YEO Enterprise - For large businesses with over 1000 users. Which will have wholly customisable implementations either on-prem or Cloud based.
Use of proceeds
YEO will use funds to expand the team to accelerate development of its desktop and enterprise solutions to drive revenues. By adding critical engineering talent to develop new features such as payments and document signatures, YEO will further commercialise it's intellectual property, while focusing business development on expanding the relationship with cornerstone partnerships to expand into select corporate markets. We have started the journey with a partnership in insurance and healthcare that allow us to perfect the product design to true market requirement building the foundation for growth. We will leverage these cornerstone partnerships to roll out YEO as "the" professional private and confidential communication platform of choice.
From this we will expand our services within these companies, their clients, and markets, covering other areas of secure messaging, while providing a proven private messaging platform to sell to external SME and enterprise clients globally.
The company has the following outstanding loans:
£80,000 business continuity loan with repayments starting in May 2021 and to be repaid over 5 years at an annual interest rate of 3.39%.
Directors loan of £472,000, this has no repayment date and no interest.
The funds raised from this investment round will not be used to repay these loans.
